To create your dimoo account, you have to download the dimoo mobile app from Google Play Store or Apple Store. Then to signup and complete your Account creation by adding your profile picture! and it's done! y're in the great dimoo world!
dimoo allows you to send money from your debit card to cash and mobile money in Africa. To send money:

1. Download the dimoo app
2. Sign up and enter your information
3. Enter your recipient's name and mobile number
4. Send the money!

Yes definitely! dimoo is authorised by the Financial Authorities in Europe and Africa, as well dimoo uses advanced encryption technology to protect your payments and data in line with GDPR requirements and is PCI compliant.
From dimoo app you can click on the Share dimoo button then share a link to download the app with you friends and family!
As well from the dimoo website (www.dimoo.ai/) you can download the app. Also from the Google Play Store or Apple store you search the app by typing the word dimoo then click on the install button.
To increase your sending limit i'ts super easy! just send us a whatsapp message in our whatsapp number from the help button in the app or email us with your card ID picture (recto verso) and your phone number! with the message "Hi dimooers! I want to increase my sending limit!"then your limit will be increase in few minutes after receiving your message.

Sending a Money Transfer

You can currently send money from anywhere to SENEGAL with dimoo. The felowing countries will be covered soon: Mali, Guinea, Bisseau Guinea, Gambie, Yvory Cost, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Nigeria...
After completing the send money process successfully in the dimoo mobile app, we expect your money to arrive to the recepient within minutes! We will send you notification in the app or by sms once your recipient withdraw the money.
dimoo negotiate hard on behalf of you to get the best possible rate then apply this rate for your transfer.
As soon as your dimoo transfer is processed, your recipient will receive a text message at the mobile number you entered with a redemption dimoo code for the transfer. After receiving the redemption dimoo code, recipients can proceed to any nearby dimoo agent and present his ID card and redemption dimoo code to pick up his money transfer.

Make sure the recipient name you use for the transfer matches exactly the name on the recipient ID card.
As soon as your transfer is processed, recipients will receive a text at the mobile number you entered with a redemption dimoo code for their transfer. As well if they already have the dimoo mobile app, they will receive additionnal a notification from the dimoo mobile app. After receiving their redemption dimoo code, recipients can proceed to any nearby dimoo agent and present their ID to pick up their transfer.
Each region in SENEGAL have several dimoo pick up points where your recipients can go and pick their transfers.

Depending on the country and the transfer amount, dimoo may charge you a transfer fee. We also earn a small amount on the difference in the exchange rate we receive from partners and the exchange rate customers receive on their transfers.
In the dimoo app, from the "Transfers" section in the top left menu, you will find your past transfers (Received or Sent transfers). You can see the status of the transfer just under the recipient’s name. You can see as well additional information (Date, amount; status...)

Create a dimoo Account

To create your dimoo account, you have to download the dimoo mobile app from Google Play Store or Apple Store. Then to signup and complete your Account creation by adding your profile picture! and it's done! y're in the great dimoo world!
You can delete your account by contacting dimoo customer support. In the app, click the “Help” section then select the phone option and call us to let us know that you want to delete your dimoo account. We are legally obliged to keep certain records to fight money laundering.
You can edit your information directly from the dimoo app. Open the Menu and in the top select "Account" then edit what is needed in your profil section. Please contact our Support team (contact@dimoo.ai) if you need assistance.
When you have forgotten your password it's really easy to reset your password!
• Open the dimoo app to get in the “Login” main screen.
• Tap on “Forgot password?”.
As soon as you insert your email address again, a link to reset your password will be sent to your inbox - please check the spam folder if you cannot find the email in Inbox.
• Open the link from your phone • Click on the big green button that says "reset password" to prompt the change
If the link does not work properly, contact our Support team, we will be happy to assist you!

We are required by law to collect certain information, for example date of birth, from all of our customers. As you send more money through dimoo, we may need to collect further information. For example, in some cases we may need to request a picture of your ID for you to send more than a certain amount. For all customers, we'll need your ID if you send more than a certain amount through our dimoo service. We may ask for other information relating to your account on the phone, but we will never ask you for your password over the phone. Thanks for helping us by providing the information.

Money Transfer Issues & Refund

There are multiple reasons why a transfer may fail. You can see some of the most common reasons:

A) Your bank does not allow the operation

Please contact them and review why with them. dimoo does NOT ever block transactions from our allowed payment bank cards. We want you to be able to send money as easily and quickly as possible! Maybe:
• You have reached your some limits on your card?
• You do not have enough funds? You may want to use another card. For instructions on how to do so, please click here
• Any other reasons specific to your card or bank

B) You need to upload documents

Your transfer could not go through as your account needs to be verified. We need to receive a proof of address and proof of ID to lift the limits on your account. Please send us an ID that is not expired and that shows:
- Your name
- Your date of birth
- Your current address as indicated on your Taptap Send account

NOTE: if the address on the ID does not match, send us a utility bill instead or a bank statement. Please review the information before sending to avoid unnecessary delays.
Use the button "send my ID picture" in your profile section (top lef menu then click on profile edit icon near to your profile picture).

C) You already sent documents but your account is not yet verified

Your transfer could not go through as we still need to receive some documents from you. Have you checked your registered email address? Our Support team has certainly sent detailed instructions, so go have a quick check and send us what is missing. You can also contact us directly by email (contact@dimoo.ai) or by call.
If the money still not withdrawed, you can call the dimoo support team then give them the correct name and correct others informations then they will perform the needed changes. If the money is already withdrawed no changes could be made.
We will do our best to cancel and refund your transfer, especially in situations where you sent to a wrong number, but a refund may not always be possible. Please contact our customer support by clicking the help icon then the call number. Please have the transfer ID, dimoo code and all others information of the dimoo transfer.
dimoo send all refunds back to the debit card that you used to pay.
